Solution: Check whether the detection mode is in the automatic mode, should be changed to manual or rewind mode, and then replace the positive and reverse relays of the motor.
5. Fault Phenomena: Machine Misalarm (No Metal on Conveyor Belt)
Solution: Check whether the parameter setting interface is set as a standard, should be changed to custom, check whether the sensitivity is set too high, check whether the conveyor belt surface and the reverse side are dirty, check whether there is interference around the machine, check whether the machine is placed smoothly, and then re-collect and run the test again.
6. Fault Phenomenon: The Dynamic Acquisition Result is too High when the product is not put on.

Solution: Check the interface of the detection mode, please choose the rewind mode, check whether the motor connection is inserted properly.
8. Fault phenomena: display screen does not display, flower screen, touch is not working.
Solution: Check whether the connection wire of the display screen is tightened or not, and turn it on after one minute.
9. Fault Phenomenon: Metal will stop when passing through, but no alarm is heard.
Solution: Check whether the buzzer is blocked by debris
10. Fault Phenomenon: Conveyor Belt Deviation
Solution: Check whether the conveyor belt is too loose or the tightness of both sides is not consistent. If the conveyor belt leans to the other side, tighten the inner hexagon bolt clockwise for one lap, or loosen the inner hexagon bolt counterclockwise for one lap on the other side. After another 10 minutes, you can't repeat the above action until the conveyor belt runs in the right direction.
11. Fault Phenomenon: Machine has abnormal sound
Solution: Check whether the transmission shaft and motor are running smoothly and whether the bearing is short of lubricant.
